Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time from order placement to arrival is estimated at 6 to 12 days. This includes both processing time and transit time. While most orders arrive within this window, occasional delays due to customs or weather may extend delivery.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Free shipping applies to all destinations. We do not offer expedited or express shipping. Your shipping cost is always zero at checkout.

Order Tracking

Every order receives a unique tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system. If your tracking shows no movement after 5 business days, contact [email protected].

Customs and Duties

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your destination country. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned, we will refund your order total minus a fifteen percent restocking fee.

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a reshipping fee.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us. We will file a claim and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
